The suite also features an upstairs location (5th floor) offering a spectacular view at night of the capital of resorts, the city of Taif.

- Smoking is permitted in designated areas
- Check-in time: From 16:00 (4:00 pm)
- Check-out time: 12:00-14:00 (12:00 PM- 2:00 PM)
- Minimum age to check-in is 18
- Guests aged 13 years and over are treated as adults
- From 0-2 years old, extra beds of two types (infant bed or regular bed) may be requested directly from the hotel with a nominal fee
- Above 3 years old, extra beds (normal bed) may be requested directly from the hotel for free.
